The ideal pair will be the right size (good old 5.5"!!!), tough (high carbon steel!!!) and sharp (goes without saying really...) with a pricetag that won't burn a hole through your pocket. The Academy Set comes with a cutting scissor and a thinning scissor with YS PARK G39 guide comb thrown in for good measure.
